PALCO is classified as a diversity owned company as a nationally certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and state of Alabama certified by The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs Office of Minority Business Enterprise.

PALCO is ideally located for its manpower requirements. Huntsville is a technology center and offers a wide spectrum of university and military trained personnel. PALCO has benefited from its alliances with local trade schools (e.g. Drake Technical School, VOTECH Technical School) and institutions of higher education (e.g. University of Alabama, Wallace State Community College and others) as well as the US Army, Marshall Space Flight Center and the Redstone Arsenal. As the early keystone for NASA's rocket development and test facilities and the headquarters for the U.S. Army Missile Command Development Center, conceived countless sophisticated programs were realized utilizing Huntsville's resources. Over the last four decades a diverse technological center has grown from various support and start-up companies in Huntsville. PALCO is no different. Utilizing the area's professional depth, skill training opportunities and technical workforce pool we are able to provide our customers with the highest quality service available and to grow and expand our capabilities to match our customers’ and market needs.

PALCO has a dedicated Quality Director with a support staff of 25 individuals in Training/Inspection/Documentation. Our QC (Quality Control) process mandates a 100% inspection of outgoing product. These inspections are audited through a rigorous QA (Quality Assurance) review. Any deviation from acceptable levels is thoroughly investigated and addressed through Corrective Action adjustments.
