PALCO History

PALCO Inc., (PALCO) was founded in 1986 when GTE divested its telephone manufacturing and repair service division in Huntsville, Alabama. Over the past 20+ years PALCO has provided high volume repair/refurbishment service. With these many years of experience comes a heritage of quality standards, a broad range of product knowledge, flexible/custom logistics programs and a UL certified ISO-9001:2000, TL 9000, and IPC certified quality program.

Our Core Competencies:

PALCO’s quality management system has been ISO-9001:2000 certified by Underwriters Laboratories since 1998 and TL9000 since 2005.

Throughout our 20+ year history PALCO has been a comprehensive reverse logistics solution provider. From the efficient receipt, sort and disposition of product, PALCO provides end-to-end service with data tracking and reporting capability that details status on a real time basis, all with direct web-based accessibility.

The depth of our repair capability is a strong competitive advantage that evidences itself through high repair yields and quality acceptance rates. Positioning on a comprehensive repair capability requires an appreciable investment in technician staffing, training and capital equipment.

This group is headed by a seasoned leader with over twenty-five years of customer service experience and backed by a tenured staff of capable team leaders.
